This suggestion was put forth during a divorce case hearing, where the court underscored the psychological distress inflicted by extended legal disputes and proposed that mandatory prenuptial agreements, preceded by counselling, could reduce the likelihood of marital breakdowns.<\/p><p>The court has put forth this proposal while granting a no-fault divorce to a couple who had been embroiled in legal disputes for over seven years.
