The court dismissed a bail plea from a husband accused of tormenting his wife over insufficient dowry and the birth of two daughters, leading to the woman\u2019s tragic suicide.<\/p><p>Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma, in a stern rebuke, emphasised the need for education among those who perpetuate regressive mindsets.
