Justice Sanjeev Narula condemned the YouTube channels responsible for damaging the brand&#8217;s reputation, citing lack of credible evidence. Google complied with the directive to disable access and provide subscriber data. Summonses were issued to TVR and Views News, the YouTube channels, but they failed to appear in court, leading to an exparte proceeding. The court emphasized the need to regulate online content, citing Information Technology Rules.
