The birth certificate under the new bill shall suffice various purposes such as admissions and also for getting aadhaar, driving license, passport, preparation of voter lists, registration of marriage, government appointments, and any other purpose determined by the Central government.<\/p><p>The database of registered births and deaths may also be used for preparing and updating various databases pertaining various documentation.
